New Maryland signs emphasize cyclists’ right to the road
The Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) yesterday posted nine rectangular signs stating “Bicycles May Use Full Lane” along MD-953 in Glenn Dale, a narrow 2-lane road that crosses the Washington, Baltimore, and Annapolis Trail.
